The Support Portal was created to support all customers (teachers, students, administrators, staff, and parents) with their Leon County School needs in an easy and efficient manner. The support personnel help in many different areas such as the following:
Technology With almost 20,000 computing devices, 4,000 employees, and 34,000 students this is a monumental tasks for one department to handle. At each school site Technology & Information Services (T&IS) relies heavily on our Tech Specialist to be the first line of defense with technical problems. We express our sincere thanks to those in the trenches (Tech Specialist) who really make all the technology work day to day. What cannot be handled by the Tech Specialist at the site is referred to the T&IS support team.
Parent Portal support is available to parents with creating their accounts, adding their children to their accounts, and also with basic Parent Portal site navigation and general questions regarding Parent Portal, including how to sign up for email notifications.
Employee Access support is available to employees who need guidance in their use of Skyward.
Student Information System (Focus) support is available for district and school users of Focus. They may receive assistance with the following issues; basic Focus site navigation, password resets, Focus functionality, and general Focus questions.
